"Thats fine." She put her hand to her mouth to feel the amount of blood flowing, as she couldn't feel it for some strange reason. She grabbed the girls hand and winced as she was lifted off of the floor.

"Tina, you got her?" (/when had Taylor gotten here?/) a glint of silver from his lip as he caught it between his teeth, when Valentina looked up, she lightly smacked his arm and he stopped.
"Quit taking up space in my hallway, rats." A growl from the room.

"Its no big deal honey." Was Taylor's soft-spoken response. "Anyone else would have done the same, let tina have a look at your lip, it might not bother you, but its not a good idea to let it get infected." She was guided to a table and helped onto it, as the only Chair in the room was for the medical procedures, and the stool Taylor was always working on stuff on.

"We run," Valentina's eyes darted up to Annette, rasing her eyebrows. "It's going to happen whether we're prepared or not, so we might as well do the best we can at getting ready." She dabbed at her lip again, Taylor shifted something that made a clunking sound. "For now, you worry about getting better, leave the rest to us."

/ "Annette what did you do?" Her grandfather said in a very stern tone. Annette was confused, grandfather had never been upset with her before. "You know stealing ia bad Annette." She stole? She had never stolen anything. But still tears started to stream from her face.
"Im sorry grandpa..." she bawled.
"I'm disappointed in you Annette." He slammed the door leaving her to cry in her room. She crawled under her covers and tried to make the fact that she was upset not evident for when her brother came home.
The door opened and Annette felt her little brother slowly approach.
"Annette? Are you okay." The small voice rang.
"Yeah." She said through tears.
"No you're not." He crawled iber the covers with her. "Tell me why you are crying?"
Annette did. She explained how she had been tricked into doing something she did not want to. She told him what grandfather had said.
"Hey Annette."
"Yeah Harvey?"
"I think you should tell this to grandfather, and say sorry."
"Okay."
So Annette got from under the covers and wiped her eyes. She walked slowly to her grandfathers room and knocked before she opened the large door.
"ANNETTE NO." He screamed before falling to the ground, a red liquid splattering to her feet. A tall man stood behind him, shed seen people like him before, but she couldn't remember where. She, scared and confused let tears fall again.
"Lets not tell anyone hey? It will be our little secret." The tall scary man said smiling before exiting through the window./
Annette awoke shocked and crying. She thought those dreams would never come back.

His eyes stayed trained on the floor, forcing his breaths even as he heard their footsteps fade, clenching eyes tight.
And then when he decided they had gone far enough, he very maturely and professionally, he screamed, kicking a table into the wall hard enough the bright cherry wood splintered, denting the wall.
"Fuck her, fuck her family, fuck her goddamn little brother, fuck both of her parents and make her grandfather watch!"
It was not an overreaction.
Varus Collins did not overreact.
"Sir..?"
The voice brought a manic smile to his lips. "Beth, dear, tell them to increase speed, we're aiming for landing in a day and a half. Return to me afterwards."
"... Yes sir"

She knew she couldn't get back to bed now. So she sat there, staring at the ceiling of the room her two newest friends worked in. She closed her eyes and let rivers trickle down her face.

"Hey, sweetheart, there's nothing to be sorry for." A thumb brushed the tear back, covered in a worn down leather glove.
"She alright?" Emil's voice reached her ears, along with the clank of placing metal, his voice, despite the concerned tone, seemed hollow, emotionless.

"Yeah i'm okay." She said sitting up, thanking Taylor for his kindness. She hugged her knees and explained she just 'had a bad dream' and will be okay. "Why are you guys still up?" She looked at the small clock across the room.
