His head tilted back and a light breath escaped his lips. Eyes fluttering shut. The others presence was like a tangible thing, even with his eyes closed it was as though he could feel him there.

Jack looks down, nervous look on his face, light blush dusting his cheeks. "C-can I kiss you?" He shifted awkwardly on the seat eyes lowered.

"I um... I... yes." He studdered, the redness of his face seemed to affect his speech. He blinked before realizing what he had said. He had always wanted to but he didn't know how.

He tilted his head up, even with his legs braced on either side of the redhead, barely fitting on the chair that seemed too small to fit them both. A touch of chapped lips, light and chaste without further requisition. He pulled back to judge Harvey's reaction.

He stopped what would have been a word of concern from Jack with a forceful push against his lips.

He made a small sound of surprise at the forwardness of the shy boy, a soft, "oh" before collecting himself enough to respond, reclaiming control of the kiss.

Harvey raised his hand to touch jack's face, resisting it along his jaw. He tightened his arm around the boy, lifting him up slightly.

His legs lifted from either side of the chair to wrap around the American's waist, somewhere in the background, a pile of books hit the floor.
Jack didn't really notice.

Jack looked up at the brown eyes above him, waiting for a sign as to what Harvey wanted to do
